Product exchange for online purchases

If you have changed your mind or the product is the wrong size you can exchange it within 14 days, as long as you can provide proof of purchase, the item is in saleable condition and you have retained the original tags and packaging. You can make an exchange by either bringing it into our store or by sending it back to us. We cannot guarantee that we will have the size that you require in which case we will issue a voucher.

In Store Exchanges:

You can bring the product along with proof of purchase, the original tags and original packaging to our Cambridge store and our friendly staff will help resolve your issue

Mail Exchanges:

Please note: Courier or postage costs will be at the customers expense unless the item is faulty.

Please note that there are some restrictions and exceptions resulting from health and safety issues which mean that a refund or exchange is only available on the following products if that product is found to be defective:

Faulty Products:

Damaged Products:

Received the wrong product
