Saleable Condition

All products returned to us for exchange must be unworn and in saleable condition. This means that they are:

 

- Un worn

- Un damaged

- Un used

- Un marked

- Have their original tags and packaging

 

We will not be able to exchange any product that is not in saleable condition.

 

Basic Guide for trying products that you are unsure will fit

The following is only a guide but we suggest that you follow it to ensure that you are not disappointed should you need to return or exchange a product.

 

Horse Covers

We will not be able to accept a cover for exchange if horse hair is present we suggest the following:

 

Step 1. Place a clean sheet on your horse

Step 2. Place your new cover over the top of the clean sheet

Step 3. Do up the straps and adjust

Step 4. If it doesn't fit remove the cover immediately

 

Clothing 

When trying on clothing we suggest the following: 

 

- When trying on breeches have clean feet but preferably wear socks to protect the internal lining from toenails

- Remove any jewelry that may catch on delicate materials particularly show shirts and blouses.

- Please respect the ability of the materials

Shoes

When trying on boots or shoes we suggest the following: 

 

- Wear socks or stockings

- When trying on long boots attempt to wear a pair of breeches so that you know they will fit under the boots 

- Only try on indoors 

- Do not force your foot into a boot that wont comfortably fit

- Do not force a zip that is stubborn

- Do not walk on any surface that will dirty or scuff the boots
