Delivery and Freight terms
We endevour to dispatch purchases paid for by Credit Card on the same day unless ordered after business hours or after the final pick up time of our courier, in which case the order will be dispatched on the next business day.
We endevour to dispatch purchases paid for by Bank Deposit when the payment has been received in our bank account, this is usually within one business day. Please ensure that an appropriate reference is included when you make payment and note that orders will not be dispatched unless the full amount is paid.
All of our online orders are dispatched by courier unless otherwise arranged with us.
Our courier requires a signature before delivery can be made, please ensure that the package does not look broken, crushed or torn and if possible check that the goods are undamaged before signing. If goods are damaged in transit please record the courier’s full name and signature and refuse to accept the goods unless the courier has admitted damage to the goods, ring Summit Grains & Saddlery immediately so that we can contact the courier company and lodge a claim. However If you sign for the package and later find that the goods are damaged Summit Grains & Saddlery can lodge a claim with the courier but we make no guarantee that the product will be repaired, replaced or that you will receive a refund.
If your goods have not arrived within a reasonable time frame or you suspect that your goods may have been lost in transit, please contact us so that we can make an enquiry or rectify the situation.
We package all goods that are sent from our shop at no extra cost, we endeavour to package all goods correctly to ensure that they are delivered undamaged. Goods are inspected before they leave our shop to ensure that they are in their proper condition. If goods are damaged in transit we will make a claim with our courier, but we make no guarantee of a remedy. Please check you package before signing to increase your chances of making a successful claim.

Delivery is approximately two days within main centres and four days for rural delivery

Delivery is approximately three days within main centres and four days for rural delivery
